About Toussaint Gems
I started Toussaint Gems while studying chemistry in college. Fascinated by precious metals, gems and the science of color, that appreciation and curiosity eventually led me to gemology.
Since inception, we've prioritized rare, unique, and exotic gemstones. My goal has been to make gemology accessible and transparent so more people can experience the beauty and oddity of gemstones.
We've focused on sourcing faceting rough and gemstones, working closely with trusted miners, gem dealers, and lapidaries to ensure every stone is sourced ethically and responsibly.
While most of the gems in our online collection will prioritize performance, some rare gems are also cut to preserve as much precious material as possible.
Every gem is natural, no synthetics and no imitations.
All of the photography done on this site is personally done in house. I strive to represent each stone as accurately as possible. While nothing compares to seeing a gem in hand, I aim to give you the clearest, most honest visual possible.
